With nearly 25 years in the residential renovation & custom home building industry we’ve learnt a few things. To some their vision is clear but don’t know how to implement their ideas…others do not know what they want beyond something new. There will almost always be some stumbling points along the way as no home is perfect. To minimize this, the key is being resourceful. A little fore-site, solid problem solving skills, a good team and excellent communication will go a long way when it comes to a successful build.
